What car best depicts your personality?
1963 Split Window Coupe 327 360hp Corvette: wide, low to the ground, loud, both good quickness and top end.  It is a car that could never be referred to as pretty.

Hunting or Fishing?
Fishing.  I prefer to be associated with guys like Peter, James and John than someone named Nimrod.

Have you ever worn a Speedo in public?
No!  I believe those things should be outlawed for everyone and especially those husky and above.

What are your favorite sounds?
God's voice, my wife and kids laughing, the drag going off on my fishing reel.

Did Mr. Rodgers freak you out as a kid?
Yes!  I know a lot of people loved Fred and would like to canonize him but he just gave me the creeps.  I think it had something to do with the fact that in my old neighborhood I never witnessed a man who spoke or dressed like him.  What was the gig with those shoes and that sweater?  Well, I guess he was an alright guy after all.  Can you say, "Sorry, Fred?"  "I think I can."

Which Apostle best depicts you?
Peter: I am best remembered for the wrong things I have said and done.

Favorite Author?
Thomas Oden, Leonard Sweet, Erwin McManus, Walter Brueggmann, Richard Foster, Eugene Peterson, Brian McClaren.

If you were going to take on a biblical name what would it be?
The obvious would be Christian but I think I would prefer Maher-shalal-hash-baz.  This name makes my last name very ordinary and manageable.

If you could do one biblical miracle what would it be?
I would want to bring healing to someone.  Maybe the miracle when Jesus healed the blind man with the spit and mud.  That to me was way out of the box and cool.  I do have to admit that as a boat owner and fishermen that walking on water on an occasion would come in handy.
